This one is easy! The trick to getting characters upside down is to add a negative in front of the scale size number. Don't know what the scale size is? Check out my guide on Spot Direction.

Notes:
Putting a negative sign in front of the scale size will completely change the position of where your character appears in the scene, so don't freak out when you preview your story and can't find your character. Just zoom out to see where your character ended up and use the spot directing helper to move your character to where you want.
